Preheat oven to 375°. Place foil on a cake roll pan (cookie sheet) and coat with ½ Tablespoon of your preferred oil and set aside. Place chicken breasts into the slightly beaten egg and set aside.
Put the cereal in a plastic zip bag and crush into crumbs. In a medium size bowl, mix together cereal, almond meal, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with almond meal mixture and lay flat on sheet.
Bake in oven for 8 minutes; flip all chicken breasts and then bake for another 8 minutes until juices run clear.
